We did call lowes at that point and he agreed to come on Friday. Our kitchen sat there for a week all torn up.

A whole week went by ar one point where the guy he sent didn't even come because he said he had bathrooms to do. Well the contractor said he would be there everyday and oversee everything.

Using the 2-3xs per week frequency most weeks means if they have a full week with no cleanings, they still use the box and don’t rebel against me if I have to go out of town for a week! They’re always happy when I get home and give the boxes a good cleaning, but never avoid the box because it’s in need of a clean! Hope this helps. I know a lot of people say you should clean 1-2xs per day, but I need my girls to tolerate a dirty box when I have to leave town for work. There’s so much less waste and the smell doesn’t linger like it does when feeding the cheap stuff. I may smell them for a few minutes after they use the box, but I’ve found the key to keeping the smell away is feeding them a very high quality food. I know it’s time when I hear them spending extra time scratching around in the box. I know there’s some hazards when I comes to the dust, but Since that’s all they will use, I feel like it’s out only option. My girls won’t go in anything but clay litter. Then sees her house (again it will only be for someone that likes this style) and says this is more my style and all the work is already done. My goal is that someone goes and sees 20 houses in the neighborhood all with the same less open floorplans, has 2 bed 1 bath, has a small kitchen, and mostly outdated rooms. We are in the midwest and she bought the house in a popular area within city limits. Then the kicker is a 3rd bedroom in the basement with a master bath suite. The plan is for a really cool tile accent on the back wall. The upstairs bathroom is almost gutted and new modern fixtures, vanity and shower set will be installed. We closed in a side door and exhaust fan offering 8 extra feet in the l shaped kitchen. We are currently opening up the floor plan and removed two internal walls. If anything else comes to mind, please don't hesitate to share.

Pic 3 this is a house is the neighborhood that has some front layering to its structure, but it's a little too traditional Pic 4 is an original idea that we have worked from.but the house still looks flat Some of the suggestions I will need to pull up some more images tonight and over the weekend. Pic 2 is my phones editing ability to drop in the retaining walls, try and color for grass, and paint the house. Pic 1 is the old house with these colors. Its iron mountain gray on the exterior with a grape green color on the door. Heres an idea we have been playing around with. I am open to any color combinations or ideas. Once we reside, it is meant to be painted any color. The additional framing or siding around the door hopefully will become much thinner when we re - side next week or it will be painted over. I got caught off on my first post so not everything was included.
